The Yucaipa Center for Health and Family Well-Being is a community organization serving the city of Yucaipa, California, since 2008. The Center has an innovative approach to health care based on Health Education. The program focuses on preventive health care, nutrition counseling and healthy lifestyle changes.
Services
We provide no-cost clinical services to people who do not have access to health care through Arrowhead Mobile Medical Clinic, including:
Health screenings and immunizations
Lab testing
Diabetes education and care
Physicals and treatment for acute and chronic illnesses
Well-child checkups
Women’s services including mammograms, pap and pelvic exams
Clinic dates
The Mobile Medical Clinic visits our Health Center on Mondays every six weeks, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
